Returns
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return your item. To be eligible for a return:

The item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition that you received it.

How to Start a Return
To initiate a return, please contact our support team at

with your order number and reason for return.
We will provide you with return instructions and the return shipping address. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 5–7 business days.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet:

Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same one, contact us at sales@rosegold-rush.com.
